Terms of Service

Introduction

By adding the Discord bot The Paradigm to a Discord server or by using a slash command and/or context menu (right-click) command created by The Paradigm, users are agreeing to proper use of the bot as outlined by these Terms. Misuse of the bot may be punished by the bot application's owner removing The Paradigm from offending servers or by the offending user being blocked from accessing The Paradigm's commands.

Allowed Use

Users are allowed to access and use bot's commands as described in each command's description in the Discord app client. Users may add the bot to Discord servers or remove the bot from Discord servers at any time.

Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using the bot to bypass a server's rules, e.g., disallowed mentions or message content
  • Using the bot while under the minimum age to use Discord as documented in Discord's Terms of Service
  • Attempting to "break" the bot through command exploits or command overuse
  • Other actions deemed "spam" the bot application's owner
